1. The service

SafeWA is software for managing WhatsApp conversations on a WhatsApp Business Account that you own and connect through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's terms.
• You may only message people who have given you permission (opt-in) to contact them on WhatsApp, and you must honour opt-out requests.
• No spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
• Conversation charges billed by Meta for your WhatsApp Business Account are your responsibility and are paid directly to Meta.

3. Accounts

Keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or WhatsApp's policies.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". WhatsApp delivery depends on Meta's platform.

5. Ending use

You can disconnect your number or delete your account at any time. See Data Deletion.
