Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove the data SafeWA holds about you at any time.

Delete everything yourself

1. Log in at official.safewachat.online/login.
2. Open Settings.
3. Click Delete account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your connected WhatsApp Business Account details and access token, your contacts and all message history stored by SafeWA, and unsubscribes SafeWA from your WhatsApp Business Account.

Only disconnect WhatsApp

Open Connect and click Disconnect. Your stored access token is deleted and SafeWA stops receiving your messages. You can also remove SafeWA's access from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove SafeWA.

Ask us to delete it

Email our support team (contact email coming soon) from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
